Prioritization of coordination with the Town of Oakville and other trades to minimize disruptions in the 24-hour occupied building.

Specific project activities include flooring demolish and repair, drain relocation, millwork removal and reinstall, wall tiling, new plumbing fixture installation, finish carpentry, and new ceiling installation around the shower area.
