  • Prioritization of coordination with the Town of Oakville and other trades to minimize disruptions in the 24-hour occupied building.
  • Strict schedule control and monitoring to ensure the project proceeds efficiently and collaboratively.

  • Specific project activities include flooring demolish and repair, drain relocation, millwork removal and reinstall, wall tiling, new plumbing fixture installation, finish carpentry, and new ceiling installation around the shower area.
