Structural Enhancement
- Demolition and Restoration: Meticulous removal of interior partitions and utilities, followed by careful restoration of damaged areas.
- Utility Relocation: Electrical utilities and sprinkler heads were relocated to align with the updated space layout.
- Insulated Partition Wall: Construction of a new insulated partition wall to enhance functionality and structure.
Interior Transformation
- Flooring Preparation: Precise preparation of the flooring for new carpet installation through patching and repair.
- Drywalling and Plastering: Construction included drywalling and plastering, showcasing our expertise in these areas.
- Wall Tiling: Wall tiling contributed to the aesthetic, enhancing the overall design.
- Painting: Comprehensive painting of all walls and ceilings to refresh the space and create a bright ambiance.
Space Optimization and Enhancement
- Space Optimization: Installation of a pocket slide door to optimize space utilization.
- Entrance Enhancement: The front opening was expanded and structurally reinforced for a wider, more inviting entrance.
- Comprehensive Approach: The project covered demolition, construction, electrical work, plumbing, tiling, and painting, resulting in a transformed, functional, and visually pleasing environment.
